L’Estrange is looking for a creative, forward-thinking graphic designer to join its team. This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting the visual and design direction of a fast-growing menswear brand to inspire people to change the way they consume fashion.

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to a creative company, and be inspired to support the team on a diverse range of activity from brand collaborations to the production of our in-house editorial publication ‘The Essentialist’.

We are a close-knit team and are looking for someone who is keen to develop themselves as a designer and creative, working alongside the creative lead.

We are on the hunt for a growth-oriented and analytical talent to lead all our digital channels at L’Estrange London, accountable for customer acquisition and value growth. 

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be inspired to work on a range of projects from expanding our digital channel mix to amplifying groundbreaking brand projects that inspire people to own less  like Re_Fresh, a world-first laundry tablet that extends the life of your clothes.

In your first year, your goal will be to grow media spending globally by 50%, while maintaining ROAS and growth of LTV by 10%.
