This mindset goes beyond how we use clothes. We design for longevity not for seasons, utilise only renewable or recycled materials and invest heavily developing our own custom fabrics. Last year, we also introduced our Lifecare program, helping you to lengthen the life of garments, repairing any damaged products for free and recycling old items through our brand partner ReGain.

L’Estrange decided to cut out the middleman and go direct to consumer in 2017. Since then we’ve grown fast with 3x YoY growth from a strong community of brand advocates.

This exciting new role will help take L’Estrange to the next stage of its growth by delivering best in class marketing campaigns that support our brand mission “With Less Do More” but also deliver sales growth. You will be directly responsible for ideating and delivering our brand campaigns, collaborations, partnerships and product marketing stories.

The role will work directly with one of the co-founders Tom and our Growth Lead whilst also working closely with our Creative Lead. You should bring a wealth of contacts and ideas to bring alive our brand story through all touch points from email communications to social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to a highly creative company, who should be wanting to own campaign ideas that will help take our brand to the next stage of growth.

We are looking for a creative lead to be the creative driving force within L’Estrange helping to elevate our brand aesthetic across all touch points. You should be excited by our ethos and inspired to deliver our core message.

The role will work directly with the brand marketing lead and one of the co-founders Tom whilst also managing designers.

The ideal candidate will share our design ethos and bring new but relevant creative concepts to ensure at all times L’Estrange remains true to its brand ethos. You should also be well versed in all digital content formats and be adaptive based on what content formats are performing at any time.
