EU Customers

All orders placed within Europe will be shipped via our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands, and so will experience no additional charges.

Shipping services: 

EUROPE 1*

UPS Express 1-2 days: €15

Standard 2-3 days: Free 

EUROPE 2*

UPS Express 2-3 days: €15

Standard 4-5 days Free

Orders going to Norway and Switzerland will be delivered duty paid.

REST OF THE WORLD

UPS Express 2-4 days: €25

DHL Standard 4-5 days: €20

Any duty, taxes, and additional importation fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy:

We have a 30 day returns policy where garments can be refunded or exchanged. All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.

Underwear and Re_Fresh Tablets are excluded and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
