Returns

We make returns as easy as ordering from us. 

If you require a refund or exchange for any reason, just follow the instructions below.

What is your returns policy?

We have now updated our return period from 30-60 days due to COVID-19 from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached. 

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Masks are excluded and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Please ensure you include the original order invoice. If you do not have it, please email our customer concierge team here and we'll provide it for you.

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse it will be processed for a refund within 7 days. 

You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

What is your exchange policy?

We have now updated our cut off period from 30 to 60 days due to COVID-19.

Exchanges will be shipped to you at no extra cost. 

All exchanges are based on stock availability, we are able to offer an exchange for style and size as long as they are the same value. However if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will need to process a refund for this and reorder the item. 

We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).

All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging.

Please ensure you include the original order invoice. If you do not have it, please email our customer concierge team here and we'll provide it for you.

How do I arrange a return/exchange?

We have partnered with a returns provider to make the process simpler and cheaper for our customers. 

EU* : we offer a convenient returns service for a small fee of €3

*Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden only

We are currently working with our delivery partners to secure the same service in all other European countries, if you do not reside in one of the countries below please register via the link below or email our customer concierge team here

ROW customers: please register the return via the link below and send via a tracked service

To return an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return.
  • You will then receive an email containing further instructions and you will be emailed the shipping label. 
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return/exchange.
  • If you are wanting an exchange, we will ship the item to you at no extra cost. 

Unfortunately we are not accepting any returns at our retail stores as they are currently closed due to coronavirus restrictions.
